"In the Agarwal mansion, Arushi was deeply asleep when her dadi (grandmother) suddenly burst into the room and shouted, 'Why haven't you woken up yet?' 'It's already 8 pm! You will embarrass our family in front of your future in-laws. Wake up!'

Listening to her grandmother's sudden outburst, Arushi abruptly woke up and responded, 'I'm up, I'm up!' Groggily, she started her day and headed for the washroom to freshen up and get dressed. She came out wearing a simple kurti paired with a pair of jeans.

Hearing their words, Arushi felt a pang of sadness and abruptly left the dining hall, ignoring her mother's pleas to stay."Without another word, she grabbed her scooty key and left the house, heading towards college.

As Arushi rode her scooty towards college, her mind was consumed with thoughts about her weight and the comments made by her family . Her mood worsened as she thought to herself, "Why is it only happening to me? Is it my fault that I'm skinny? I've been trying to gain weight, but nothing seems to be working. I even overeat, but it still doesn’t make any difference."

"As Arushi reached the college, she saw Sannvi leaning against her bike, waiting for her. Arushi slowly walked towards her and said, 'Hello, Sannvi.' Her voice was a little lower than usual. Arushi explained the incident to which  Sannvi muttered  "I'll give your dadi (grandma) a piece of mind someday." but Arushi cut her off and said u shouldn't talk about elders like that, to which Saanvi angrly replied, 'They are elders, so they can say whatever they want. Arushi sighed and said to forget it lets head towards the Senior doctor. "pata hai na ki agar late ho gaye to hod daat lagegi. "Aja ke liye itna daat kaafi hai."

( you know that if we get late, the head of department hod will reprimand us this much scolding is enough for today. )

Sannvi chuckled and couldn't resist Arushi's pleading look, giving in. "Alright, alright, we'll go for golgappa afterwards." Sannvi thought ," how much this innocent soul will suffer. "

          As they finished their lunch, Sannvi and Arushi made their way to the conference room while talking about the book arushi is currently reading arushi is just blabbering and sannvi is listening without even saying anything but, they had no idea that the incident that was about to happen in the conference hall would change Arushi's life upside down.
